These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to orders you place through it. The website is operated by Beyond Challenging Haircare and Body Candles ("we", "us", "our"), which sells haircare and body-care products.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order, and you agree to give accurate and complete information when you do.

We describe our products using product names, sizes, directions and the details shown on product labels. We try to keep this information accurate, but it may be updated or corrected at any time. Product photos are for illustration, and the packaging or labels you receive may look slightly different.

Information on this website is general product information. It is not medical advice, and we do not promise any particular result. Results and suitability vary from person to person. Please read the product page and packaging and follow the directions provided for each product.

4. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on each product page. Prices and sale prices may change before you purchase, and sale pricing applies where it is displayed. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it.

Shipping charges, if any, and applicable taxes, where required, are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

We may correct errors in pricing or product descriptions.

5. Orders

To place an order you add products to your cart and complete checkout. You can check out as a guest.

By placing an order you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are allowed to use the payment method. After you place an order we send a confirmation email to the address you provide. All orders are subject to acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, payment is not completed, details appear incorrect or we suspect fraud.

6. Payment

Payments will be processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment details are handled by the payment provider, and the provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment. This website does not store your payment card numbers.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped to eligible addresses using the shipping methods shown at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct delivery address.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

If you have a question or a problem with an order, including a damaged or incorrect item, or you would like to ask about changing or cancelling an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the details in section 16 and include your order number if you have one. We will review your request.

9. Promotions and coupon codes

From time to time we may offer discount codes and promotions. A code is entered at checkout and the discount is shown in your order summary before you pay. Promotions may have separate eligibility, minimum spend, expiration or usage conditions, as shown with the offer.

10. Product availability

Products are subject to availability. Stock may change at any time, and products may sell out. If a product you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you using the details you provided.

The website includes a My Account area for customers who have an account. If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

12. Website content and intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, product descriptions, images, logos, product names and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view the website and print or save pages for your own personal use in connection with buying our products. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use the content for any other purpose without our written permission.
